Description:
The Plastic Tube Filling & Sealing Machine is sturdy compact in design and simple in operation. It consists of an aluminium-rotating disc with interchangeable tube holding sockets for different tube sizes. The filling station is made of SS Block, fitted with pneumatic device to control tailing. No tube no fill process switches. (Electronic counter provided if required, not included in basic machine) SS plain hopper of 25 kg. Capacity. Non-return value fitted below the SS main filling block, Volume tracks for fine adjustments and weight accuracy.

Electrical:

1 HP motor, 440 V., 1440 rpm. 3 phase AC motor, Gearbox of 30:1 ratio. Electrical panel box with circuit breakers. No tube no fill process switch.

Functions Of The Eight Stations:

The 1st & 2nd stations are for feeding of the tubes, 3 rd station is for vacuum cleaning (Enables to remove dust particles from the tube, NOT INCLUDED IN BASIC MACHINE). 4th station is for no tube no fill processing, 5th station is for filling, 6th station is for crimping, 7th station is for batch coding (1set batch coding set provided with the machine), 8th station for automatic ejection of filled tubes.

Tube Filling Machine: Up to 50 gms. with interchangeable Syringe as. 5 GMS to 15 GMS in one syringe. 15 GMS to 25 GMS in one syringe. 25 GMS to 50 GMS in one syringe.

Production Capacity:

58-60 tubes per minute Filling Range For Single Head Tube Filling Machine: Up to 150 gms. with interchangeable Syringe as. 3 GMS to 25 GMS in one syringe. 25 GMS to 50 GMS in one syringe. 50 GMS to 75 GMS in one syringe. 75 to 150 GMS in one syringe.
