Description
ZHNP-40 nail polish monoblock system includes bottle unscrambling and feeding, filling, brush placement, cap placement and tightening. This nail enamel filling machine can operate at speeds of up to 40 bottles per minute.
Characteristics
1. This nail polish monoblock uses a positive displacement cam-driven piston pump with a cam-driven diving fill nozzle.
2. The storage bucket adopts the way of pressure feeding by separating from the main machine. The volume of the bucket can be customized by customers and place the storage bucket randomly. That alternate use of multiple storage buckets effectively shorten the time for replacement of different materials.
3. The whole nail polish monoblock adopts PLC control, with the function of no bottle no filling, no brush no cover, easy operation and convenient adjustment.
