2. Gel filling machine adopts advanced automatic control technology (interface, PLC and network). Parameters such as time and temperature are set by human-machine interface. It greatly simplifies the process of system operation and stabilizes the whole working performance.
3. Framework of gel filling equipment is made of hardened aluminum. It is easy to maintain and clean.
4. Each unit like tank, filling pump or filling house is controlled by PLC separately for precise temperature control.
5. Gel filling machine has the functions of automatic counting, timing and remote service.
