Description
By introducing advanced technology from home and abroad, our factory designed the environmental-friendly AL/PL/AL blister (tropical blister) packing cartoning production line. The production line is assembled with three parts, which integrates engine driven, motor-driven and pneumatic system to conduct the process of separate packaging and transporting.
The AL/PL/AL blister (tropical blister) packing cartoning production line adopts PLC control, which completes all procedures including warm-up, blister forming, automatic feeding, heat sealing and synchronous adjustment of Aluminum-Plastic strip, empty-detecting, hard Aluminum forming, second heat sealing, batch number printing, blanking and scrap-collecting, etc. The machine is suitable for blister packing with aluminum-plastic, aluminum-aluminum and aluminum-plastic-aluminum.
Features
1. Adjustable stroke can be adjusted by inputting the length of the plate into the human-computer interface. Pressing-and-frothing and cool-forming is controlled by encoder; mould is located by located groove so that it's easy to change mould.
2. The material is fed automatically by the AL/PL/AL blister (tropical blister) packing cartoning production line. The mould and feeding equipment can be designed as user's requirements.
3. The production line adopts human-machine interface and PLC programmable controller. Speed is shifted by stepless transducer.
4. It introduces photoelectric empty-detecting equipment and waster-eliminating equipment.
5. Double stepping motor drive wheel is equipped to grip and tow wrapper, which is reliable and accurate.
6. The heating moulds separate automatically when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the material between them and extend the machine's life.
